Building services engineers and installers may call upon any MHI air conditioning distributor for design assistance with any project. For larger and more complex projects MHI has developed a software tool, E-solution, which allows air conditioning engineers to design and specify complete VRF systems in minutes.
E-solution software is designed specifically for the KX4 and KX6 VRF systems and is suitable for both two and three pipe systems.

The E-solution software is an end-to-end solution which has been developed to enable engineers to minimise the complexity and time needed for designing VRF systems by guiding them through selecting and locating the most cost-effective and energy-efficient combination of units, piping and controls to ensure that the optimum system is selected for the customers needs.
E-solution is easy to use and engineers can start with an equipment schedule and use the tool to build a complete design, or use a drag and drop menu starting with a building schematic and selecting the right equipment for each room or zone in the building. The software specifies the appropriate components and sizes, and produces a full materials list.
The E-solution software also produces wiring diagrams and complete engineering drawings which can be exported as files to autocad, or saved in pdf format for printing. Designers are able to select the information they want to put on the printout and can produce high-quality documents with their own company logo embedded, suitable for presenting to their clients. Another useful feature of E-solution is that it can produce a comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manual ready for handing over to the building owner/user.
E-solution software is available free from MHI to building services engineers and larger contractors. Once registered, users will receive system support and automatic release updates. |
